We’re delighted to announce that Link CCTV Systems have been shortlisted as a finalist for both Installer of the Year and SME of the Year at the upcoming British Security Awards 2023. The British Security Awards is a national event that recognises the talent and commitment of the security industry’s finest.
Link have been shortlisted for these prestigious awards due to the high standard of workmanship and customer support shown throughout the past year. This has been evidenced by (among other projects), the successful security upgrade completed at Midsummer Place, Milton Keynes in Spring of 2022.
A further factor taken into consideration by the awards committee were the significant obstacles that Link faced whilst completing the installation at Midsummer Place, and how the Link Projects Team overcame them.
The success of the Link Service Team has hugely contributed to our nomination for the SME of the Year award. Their outstanding call-out response, even with an increase of 459 from the previous year, have been fundamental to Link’s success in 2022. The ‘first fix’ rate is equally impressive, which for 2022 was at 94%, a 2% increase from 2021.

We are so proud to be nominated for these awards as finalists for the second year in a row. They’re a fantastic achievement and derives from the hard work that every Link employee puts in day to day. It’s a reflection of the dedication that everyone shows to the company, and to see it recognised by the industry inspires us to continue improving.
The results were announced on Wednesday 21st June, and unfortunately we didn’t win either award. However, we are incredibly proud to be nominated.
