Operating from our support and sales offices, our team from Operations Support through to ASM’s, Business Development Managers and Sales Consultants are there to provide the right person for the right job.

Samantha Clark

Operations Director

Sam joined Link CCTV in 2009 as a member of the Operations Support team and quickly progressed into the role of Operations Manager in 2011, running our day-to-day processes. In 2013, Sam was promoted to Head of Operations, managing the company’s internal support operation, call-centre, QSE and finance department. In November 2016, Sam joined Link’s board of directors and is now the Operations Director.

Ryan Mitchinson

Ryan started at Link CCTV in 2007 as a member of the engineering team and progressed through to become an Area Service Manager. In 2011, he moved into the role of Business Development Manager, providing lifecycle support and system consultancy to our portfolio of clients. Late 2013, Ryan was promoted to Head of Commercial Operations and was responsible for managing the commercial activity for the business. In November 2016, Ryan joined Link’s board of directors and is now the Managing Director.

Duane joined Link CCTV’s engineering team in 2011 as an Area Service Manager. He was responsible for maintaining a client base in the Midlands and Central regions. In 2014, Duane progressed into his current role as Engineering Manager and is now responsible for managing the national team of ASM’s and Service Engineers on a day-to-day basis.

Steve joined Link CCTV in 2005 as a company director. In late 2014, Steve moved into his current role as Contracts Director and his responsibilities include managing new contract business and existing client accounts.

David Palmer

David joined Link CCTV in 2016 with over 13 years technical and sales experience in the industry. David provides system consultancy to our portfolio of clients for CCTV, access control and integrated system installation and maintenance. He also heads up the Business Development team and oversees the day-t0-day commercial progression of the company.

Tim joined Link CCTV in 2015 as the Quality, Safety and Environmental Co-ordinator. His responsibilities include maintaining and enhancing our quality, safety and environmental policies and procedures.

Neil Williams

Neil re-joined Link CCTV in 2016 after being a member of the original management team in the 1990’s. With over 20 years experience in the security industry, Neil manages the technical aspects of the company; ensuring that we are at the forefront of advances in technology.

Andy Roberts

Joining Link in early 2015, having worked as a freelance installation engineer on Link’s behalf for nearly 20 years, Andy manages our day-to-day system installations and larger projects.

Elena Vincent

Elena joined Link CCTV in late 2015 as a member of the Operations team and moved to her current role in the Marketing team in 2017. Elena is responsible for managing high-scale installations from quotation to completion, as well as producing the marketing strategies for the company.

Claire joined Link CCTV in 2009 and operates out of our Stevenage offices. Claire is responsible for managing the companies fleet vehicles, telecoms and clients’ credit accounts.

Beverley Angell

Bev joined Link CCTV in 2011 and operates out of our Stevenage offices. Her responsiblities include managing our supplier accounts and our day-to-day accountancy function for the support team.

Jacky Stones

Jacky started at Link CCTV in 2003 and currently operates from our Knebworth and Stevenage offices. Jacky manages the day-to-day administration and financial duties for the Sales Team.

John Cornish

Southern Service Supervisor

John joined Link’s engineering team in 2013, maintaining a client base in the southeast. In November 2016, John was promoted into the role of Southern Service Supervisor. He is now responsible for managing a portfolio of key clients in the south east area, as well as providing service support to the southern ASMs.

Bradley Greenslade

Bradley started his junior engineering role with Link CCTV in 2016 and is currently assisting our ASM’s as part of an intense, hands-on Link CCTV training program in the North & Northwest regions.

Phil joined Link’s engineering team in 2009 and currently maintains a client base in West London and the Southwest coast. Phil is responsible for service and maintenance of his clients’ CCTV equipment and day-to-day management of their account.

Jack joined Link’s engineering team in 2014 as a junior engineer and is currently assisting our ASM’s as part of an intense, hands-on Link CCTV training program in the Central and Midlands regions.

James Mann

Phil joined Link’s engineering team in 2009 and currently maintains a client base in the Southwest. Phil is responsible for service and maintenance of his clients’ CCTV equipment and day-to-day management of their account.

Steve joined Link in 2008 and primarily operates in the north of the country. In addition to Business Development and sales consultancy, Steve provides our CAD services. Steve specialises in control rooms and control room furniture.

George has been with Link CCTV since 1998. Working with the sales team, his primary role is to look for sales opportunities in established and new markets, both for service and maintenance and installation contracts.

Andy joined Link CCTV in 2003 as an ASM and migrated to a sales and account management role in 2005. Currently focusing on HD CCTV and integrated access control solutions for the education, corporate and retail sectors within the Southeast

Rod Smart

Sales Consultant

Joining Link in 1994, Rod primarily handles Business Development in the West and Southwest. Rod specialises in managing corporate group-accounts and their associated projects.

Geoff Scannell
